I purchased this item a couple years ago and within 5 months the bars were starting to detach from one another. The bed is not sturdy enough. I'm not a heavy person so I know it's not having too much weight put on it. They do not weld the metal well enough to hold. Definitely over priced and not worth it! Buyers beware this item is not worth the price!

This was an excellent bed frame - inexpensive, easy to assemble and completely silent -- for a few months.After that it slowly became worse and worse. Now, even my 1 year old moving on the mattress makes a lot of noise.It squeaks constantly. I hate it.One positive thing about it is that it is very sturdy. My husband, myself and our 1 and 3 year old pile into bed together and it feels very sturdy and solid. It's just really hard to forgive the horrible squeaking.

I'm reviewing for the king size. Do not buy this after only a few months the wires are popping from poor welding. The pieces the straighten out when you fold the legs down already have bent. Yes I am heavy, but the website says the king size is suppose to hold up to 1200 lbs on each side of the unit, obviously I couldn't be that huge. I went ahead and ordered a regular metal frame because my bed now is sinking due to the lack of support. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere. Also ordered it from the actual website, not amazon.
