Primary Recommendation: DO NOT BUYThis was another really bad experience. The merchant AtHomeMart, asked me to contact the shipping company they had chosen, YRC LTL Freight, in order to determine when I could accept the chair. They told me it was a residential shipping option, which means they would deliver to my door. Upon calling them, They said I could choose the weekday during the day or after 5pm or even on Saturday. To make a long story short, a week later the "Semi" truck would only drop it off on the sidewalk and only do that from 7am to 10am. So, I refused delivery. The shipping company has been continually harassing me saying that they will keep it in a town an hour away ready for me to pick up. I filed an A to Z claim. I would never have ordered this had I been given correct delivery windows from YRC LTL Freight. Further, had I known this was going to be a problem, I would have asked AtHomeMart if there were different shipping options, for additional shipping costs. Further, the sub-company that YRC LTL freight chose to make the local delivery, was amazingly unprofessional on the phone. I was willing to meet them at the curb and assist them in delivering it to my front door, but they refused.I will buy my furniture locally from now on. Thank you Amazon for the A to Z promise.Lessons I have learned: Buying furniture on Amazon is silly12/05/2013 AtHomeMart has decided to only refund $200 of the $500 purchase.12/05/2013 Amazon's A to Z decision was to support the Merchant's rip off of $30012/06/2013 My big national bank calls up Amazon, and like my big brother, they give them a little love tap. 20 minutes later I get all of my money back.Never, never buy furniture on line.
