HI, well it all comes in one box! Lots to put together but not hard to do. Use a rechargeable battery drill with a hex bit and set the clutch for a light torque. I tried using the supplied hand hex wrench but found that it would have taken forever. The table and chairs have adjustable feet to prevent rocking. Put some flat washers under the adjusting screws to maintain the adjustment. The set looks nice but something I did not realize is that the chairs will not slide fully under the table when not in use. They will only slide in 1/3rd of the way and only then if lined up a certain way with the table's legs. The curved table legs and chair legs are not bare foot friendly. The set does look exactly like the picture. One last thing, be aware that there are two different height sets that almost look identical in the picures. One set is counter height(taller table and chairs) the lower set is the dinning set which is what wanted and bought. Hope this information helps.

I did purchase at a local furniture store (not this seller) and not on-line. After owning this for about 1 1/2 years I can say this table is terrible. The legs on the table will not stay level and the same goes with the chairs. The floor in our newer home is level and I tried adjusting the adjustable foots on the table and the chairs but they don't have much adjustment to them. Also the footings will not stay on for but a few days and as a result you are constantly putting them back on. I should have heeded the red flags when this was derived to our home two chairs short. The seller I that ordered this for me explained to me that when it arrived one of the chairs had parts missing and the other the parts would not fit together correctly. We waited another 8 weeks for Ashley (the brand) to resolve this and via the seller before we got our chairs. Now that it is a year and a half since it was delivered the finish on the wood top is wearing off and the color of the finish has faded and changed color. We have always cleaned this table with the appropriate cleaners and protectors. This table is just poor quality junk made overseas and I believe I could have purchased a table of the same quality at a discount store for much less. This was our first Ashley purchase and we will not make the mistake of buying another Ashley product again.
