The Chaise mocha color is very nice, neutral and of great quality. It remains a bit stiff as does most furniture until broken in. It is also bulky and quite wide which I did not anticipate but it is true to measurements as given. I think this furniture will remain a long time favorite as it is quite versatile to lounge and relax; work on laptop with plenty of space; cuddle up for movies or storytime; even as an extra sleeping space for those 5'8'' ish or below...I am happy with this purchase. just had some communication probs with delivery and notifications. That is why I rated it 4/5

This was exactly as described, it's a very large comfortable chair that is big enough for me, 2 dogs, and 3 cats if they so desire. The back reclines. It's a great way to put my feet up after a long day in a factory .

the reclining button broke second day, contacted purchaser(homemart) several times. each time I call it is something different. the first cs lady wasn't there anymore and then each time I call they act as though they know nothing, I get a little testy and they then know me. had me email pic to them and keep telling me they will get back to me.purchased this on 09-18-13 and as of today 11-06-13 nothing done and only way we communicate is if I call.(already called 12 times.) will never do business with this company again.
